I am selling a very cool antique vanity. I am asking $75 or best offer. This piece is over 100 years old and needs a little TLC, but overall, the vanity is fully functional and has lots of style. Speaking to its age, the screws and bolts for the mirror are made of wood and work perfectly and the flat, middle part is made of marble! The mirror is perfectly clean with no issues. This piece is real easy to move. Also, the mirror is easily taken off and put back on. This piece will fit in most SUVs or mini vans where the seats lay flat. I will help you load it or I can load it by myself. The vanity is approximately 75 inches tall and 42 inches across. Hello, I am moving soon and won’t have space for my SÖDERHAMN sectional couch. It’s located in North Beach and I can not deliver. Happy to help you pick it up from my apartment though 💪🏼 The couch is in okay shape except for the scratches that I have highlighted in the photos. There are some fabric pulls throughout which are most concentrated in pics. A misbehaved kitty was responsible.. Overall, despite the scratches, it’s structurally sound, clean, and still aesthetically pleasing. The couch cushion covers can be removed and were regularly washed. The cat didn’t attack these as much as the stiffer components of the couch. Thanks!
