This is an AMAZING one-of-a-kind, custom-built sofa, which was specifically created to stage a 5-million dollar home, to help get the house sold fast. The fabric alone cost over $65 per yard, and the entire sofa cost over $10,200 to have made. The original plan was to sell it with the house, but the new owners already have their own sectional sofa that they plan to use instead. Since this sofa was only used to stage a home, it is basically like new. There was never any pets or smoke around it. It was never eaten on. So youd basically be getting a $10,000 large sectional sofa for less than a quarter of its real value. It was built in the U.S. from solid wood construction and the back and seat pillows are reversible and can be removed for cleaning, if the need ever arises. I also have many yards of extra fabric that matches this sofa for sale separately, if you wish to make more pillows out of it, or recover other furniture pieces in your home to match this sofa. The fabric retails for $65 per yard and I will add in however many yards you want for just $10 per yard. The upholstery fabric is soft and comfortable, but strong enough to handle a lot of wear and tear. It is done in a crocodile embossed beautiful coppery-bronze color. Because the fabric has a lot of texture and highs & lows in the color, it never shows any dirt or stains. You can literally spill soy sauce on this and blot it up and there will be no stain seen. It is the BEST fabric. All of the pillows are filled with tightly wrapped industrial foam so they hold their shape well and bounce right back to their firmness after being sat on for hours & hours. Each pillow has a zipper so you can remove the outer fabric for spot-treating or easy replacement if you get a bad stain or tear at any time down the road. The size of this sofa gives PLENTY of room for stretching out, and it is very comfortable for sitting. Easily holds 6-8 people on it. Great for parties. The shorter side easily unscrews from the longer, back side - for easy transport. This is a left-facing, 2 piece, L-sofa. Basic Measurements (but see the map of it in the last photo for more details): Length of longer back side: 163 Length of shorter, left side (when facing it from the front): 106 Seat Depth: 20 with pillows on / 27 with back pillows off Total Height of the back 30 / Total Depth 29 from wall behind it Seat Height: 19 from the ground Back Pillows Measure: 18 Tall / 32 wide / Approx 7 thick 2 matching throw pillows included Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to set up a viewing appointment if you are interested. I can even offer you a lay-away plan where you can divide the payments into 3 installments and pay it off over the course of 3 months, if needed. You are welcome to come pick it up as soon as the entire amount is paid off. I may even be able to arrange delivery to you for $100 (as long as there are no stairs to get it to where you want it to go). NOTE: The solid iron & glass large rectangle coffee table that you also see in the photos is also available separately for $1495 The rug is available too. Needs cleaning so we’re blowing this $7000 rug out at just $499. Measures 5.5 feet X 9 feet.

Antique Persian Tabriz rug with a Haji Jalili style was hand knotted in Iran of 100% natural wool on a cotton foundation. This rug has knots per square inch in excess of 175+. This rug is 110-140+ years old, has medium to low wool piles and is in excellent condition for its age. This rug centers on a finely articulated lobed medallion, rendered in warm terracotta, coral, indigo, and soft blue, surrounded by an expansive field of scrolling floral arabesques. The field design incorporates Tree-of-Life–inspired vegetal motifs, expressed through continuous vine scrolls, palmettes, and flowering forms that symbolize growth, renewal, and harmony. Rather than a literal trunk-and-branch depiction, these elements are integrated into a sophisticated ornamental composition, characteristic of late 19th-century Tabriz workshop production. The rug is framed by a broad floral main border flanked by multiple guard borders, all richly decorated with palmettes, rosettes, and scrolling vines. The palette has ivory, terracotta, rose, indigo, sage green, and soft charcoal colors. This is consistent with natural vegetable dyes, displaying gentle abrash (uneven fading) and a mellow, age-softened patina. No holes or repairs. This rug was acquired from an established rug merchant. Clean and ready to be enjoyed. Please see all of our rugs and other items at www.rug-auction.com. We ship too. The Persian Haji Jalili Tabriz area rugs, also known simply as Haji Jalili rugs, are a type of Persian rug that originated in the city of Tabriz, located in northwestern Iran. These rugs are renowned for their exceptional quality, intricate designs, and fine craftsmanship. They are considered some of the finest examples of Persian carpet weaving and are highly sought after by collectors and enthusiasts. Haji Jalili rugs are known for their high knot density, often featuring intricate designs with a high level of detail. The knots are typically very fine, resulting in a luxurious and intricate texture. These rugs often feature elaborate and complex designs, including floral patterns, medallions, and intricate borders. The designs are meticulously executed, showcasing the craftsmanship of the weavers. Haji Jalili rugs typically feature a rich and vibrant color palette, with a wide range of hues including deep reds, blues, golds, and ivory. The dyes used in these rugs are known for their richness and longevity. Haji Jalili Tabriz rugs are admired not only for their aesthetic beauty but also for their historical significance and cultural importance in the realm of Persian carpet weaving. These rugs continue to be highly regarded and cherished by connoisseurs of fine textiles and art.
