This is an AMAZING one-of-a-kind, custom-built sofa, which was specifically created to stage a 5-million dollar home, to help get the house sold fast. The fabric alone cost over $65 per yard, and the entire sofa cost over $10,200 to have made. The original plan was to sell it with the house, but the new owners already have their own sectional sofa that they plan to use instead. Since this sofa was only used to stage a home, it is basically like new. There was never any pets or smoke around it. It was never eaten on. So youd basically be getting a $10,000 large sectional sofa for less than a quarter of its real value. It was built in the U.S. from solid wood construction and the back and seat pillows are reversible and can be removed for cleaning, if the need ever arises. I also have many yards of extra fabric that matches this sofa for sale separately, if you wish to make more pillows out of it, or recover other furniture pieces in your home to match this sofa. The fabric retails for $65 per yard and I will add in however many yards you want for just $10 per yard. The upholstery fabric is soft and comfortable, but strong enough to handle a lot of wear and tear. It is done in a crocodile embossed beautiful coppery-bronze color. Because the fabric has a lot of texture and highs & lows in the color, it never shows any dirt or stains. You can literally spill soy sauce on this and blot it up and there will be no stain seen. It is the BEST fabric. All of the pillows are filled with tightly wrapped industrial foam so they hold their shape well and bounce right back to their firmness after being sat on for hours & hours. Each pillow has a zipper so you can remove the outer fabric for spot-treating or easy replacement if you get a bad stain or tear at any time down the road. The size of this sofa gives PLENTY of room for stretching out, and it is very comfortable for sitting. Easily holds 6-8 people on it. Great for parties. The shorter side easily unscrews from the longer, back side - for easy transport. This is a left-facing, 2 piece, L-sofa. Basic Measurements (but see the map of it in the last photo for more details): Length of longer back side: 163 Length of shorter, left side (when facing it from the front): 106 Seat Depth: 20 with pillows on / 27 with back pillows off Total Height of the back 30 / Total Depth 29 from wall behind it Seat Height: 19 from the ground Back Pillows Measure: 18 Tall / 32 wide / Approx 7 thick 2 matching throw pillows included Please feel free to reach out with any questions or to set up a viewing appointment if you are interested. I can even offer you a lay-away plan where you can divide the payments into 3 installments and pay it off over the course of 3 months, if needed. You are welcome to come pick it up as soon as the entire amount is paid off. I may even be able to arrange delivery to you for $100 (as long as there are no stairs to get it to where you want it to go). NOTE: The solid iron & glass large rectangle coffee table that you also see in the photos is also available separately for $1495 The rug is available too. Needs cleaning so we’re blowing this $7000 rug out at just $499. Measures 5.5 feet X 9 feet.

Exceptional. If theres one word to describe this absolutely stunning, extra-long teak dining table designed by Henning Kjaernulf beautifully paired with ten Niels Moller model 71 Danish teak dining chairs with brand-new, professionally-woven papercord seats that would be it...exceptional. Ive restored many mid-century Scandinavian teak dining sets over the years and this pairing is the epitome of exceptional design and attention to detail...its absolutely gorgeous and would be a beautiful EXTRA-LONG table situation for your family/guests to gather around the next 30+ years - it nearly jumps out of these photos and into your dining room its so stellar! TABLE OVERVIEW: Circa 1960s, this round-to-oval teak dining table is of the utmost quality and in pristine condition. Closely inspect the pictures and youll also notice the beautiful tabletop wood graining all the way from one end to the other with numerous #53 stampings on many elements of the table - they certainly dont make furniture of this quality anymore...danish quality and proud craftsmanship! TABLE DIMENSIONS: The scale of this dining table would be best suited for larger-sized dining spaces as the table is both wider and extends MUCH longer than normal teak dining tables of the era. It is 49.25 round with four 19.75 extension leaves so itll expand to 128.25 when fully extended (or 69 w/one leaf, 88.75 w/two inserted, 108 w/three leaves). Best of all, tripod (or kickstand) legs drop down when then table gets expanded for additional support and so no sagging. Normal dining table height, 29 high. TABLE CONDITION: Ive restored numerous teak tables over the years and this one is hands-down one of the most exquisite and highest quality craftsmanship, deep-and-dark old-growth teak coloring and overall condition. Its just been lovingly restored/reconditioned so it now exudes a beautiful satin sheen with that lovely warm teak glow to showcase the beautiful old-growth teak woodgrain throughout. As with all vintage furniture, there are some minor blemishes; but overall, its stunning and presents beautifully. TABLE DIMENSIONS: 49.25 round, four 19.75 leaves. Normal dining table height of 29 CHAIRS: Ten exquisite Niels Moller model 71 Danish teak dining chairs with brand-new, professionally-woven papercord seats. These have been in my personal collection for many years as I have slowly accumulated these Danish rarities and personally enjoyed how each one is a tad different yet same overall with slightly differing teak backrest woodgraining. When you restore mid-century furniture as long as I have, taking your time to curate and resurrect a set of epic chairs is a fun and rewarding project. These all feature new hand-woven papercord seats, thus completely resetting them to last another sixty years of elegant dining within your living space. CHAIRS OVERVIEW: Moller chairs are widely known as the epitome of Danish design; yet within the Moller grouping of designs, the model 71 stands out as something truly special. Notice the lovely, swooped curved backrest and how the backrest struts slightly taper yet are very ergonomic, visually striking and comfortable too (always an import thing for those long family dinner or card games/puzzles)! Chairs still retain the manufacturer marked J.L. Moller Models medallion/stampings verifying their authenticity. PAPERCORD SEATS: All have been correctly and professionally-rewoven with refined/traditional Danish paperchord that will never go out of style and last just as long as paperchord seats are more durable than normal fabric/leather upholstery. In short, if youre looking to exude a comfortable and fantastic midcentury vibe in your dining space for the next 30+ years, these chairs are for you. CHAIRS CONDITION: These lovelies have been meticulously restored to enhance the beautiful wood grain, while the new papercord seats ensure years of comfortable and durable use. This level of restoration preserves the chairs historical integrity while preparing them for modern-day usage without issue. As with all vintage furniture, there are minor blemishes that I have addressed/blended. Overall, they present beautifully and I hope someone will enjoy them as much as we have ours (see below)! FUN FACT: Weve had a set of Moller 71s with papercord seats surrounding our dining table for many years and thoroughly enjoy their lovely design and comfortability too. Owning a set of Moller chairs is more than just a set of lovely dining chairs; its investing in a piece of design history for many generations. Their artistic expression and ergonomic form make them as relevant and appealing today as they were over seventy years ago. CHAIR DIMENSIONS: 31 high x 19.25 wide x 17.5 deep; floor-to-seat height is 17.5 VIEWINGS/APPOINTMENTS: In-person viewings are available by appointment and always the best way to preview things so you know exactly what youre getting. I could assist with delivery within a reasonable distance of the greater Seattle area for a nominal fee, well figure something out if you need. I could also coordinate shipping logistics should you live outside the area too. If this posting is up its still available. No holds, no returns...all sales final. Basically a like new GE dryer. I believe the heating element needs to be replaced. Everything works like new, but stopped producing heat. I checked all the other elements and they work fine so I believe it to be the heating element which is the most common issue. The dryer is only about 2 years old and perfect for someone who is able to do this type of replacement. Comes with all accessories as well. 3 prong power cord, venting hose and two clamps. Must pick up.
