Lead Auto Glass Installer

Our reputable family owned and operated glass shop on the Central Coast is looking for a skilled auto glass technician to join and lead our auto glass and sales team. We are offering $25-$32/hourdepending on experiencefor error-free workmanship and efficiency, medical benefits including full dental and vision, 401 K retirement, paid vacation and holidays and more. Our business is based on customer and insurance referrals, so the highest quality service and installations is a must. We have a great, professional team, offer an awesome work environment and are willing to beat competitors wages for the right candidate! Ideal candidate has 3-5 years of auto glass installation experience in all new and old vehicles with excellent customer service skills. Knowledge and experience of RV glass, hot rod glass and chip repairs is a plus. Company vehicle will be provided for mobile jobs along with installation materials, installations will be performed both in the field and in shop. Must be willing to wear clean work uniform every day, have excellent references, doesn’t swear, loves to work on a team, great attitude and communication, no redo’s and can start immediately! An MVRmotor vehicle reportreport will be requested as part of the application process.
