$1,250 or best offer Beautiful condition, perfectly square and solid, very heavy, first class materials and workmanship I photographed this clock just prior to my move so apologies for the moving boxes and less than ideal background. I removed the weights and wrapped the cables in bubble wrap and packing foam for protection, as seen in the photos. Convenient access, no steps or stairs Smoke free, pet free, climate controlled Howard Miller Grandfather Clock Plays the Westminster chime. Sound quality is excellent with a rich, beautiful tone. The style is called Greene and the model # is 610-804. Arts & Crafts or Mission style furniture with a sleek design that also looks awesome with contemporary and mid century modern decor. Incredible construction and woodworking highlighting the wood grain, the clock face, and the mechanics visible behind the glass panes. It has two separate doors, one to access the dial and one for the pendulum. Approximate dimensions: Height: 79.5-80 inches Width: 25.5 inches Depth: 14 inches The case itself without moldings measures 20.5 inches wide left to right and 11 inches deep front to back. This mechanical clock has a cable driven, wind up / crank mechanism utilizing a pendulum, cables and three weights. Complete with the crank, the key to lock the door, and paperwork as shown As the clock continues running, the weights change vertical positions resulting in a continuously changing visual arrangement. For times you want silence, you just move the slide (located at about 3 oclock) to silent. Online description: Heritage oak Handcrafted, simple, honest, and pure design Cream color dial with dark brown corner accents, numerals, and hands Decorative wooden moldings Wooden, reeded grilles accent the front lower door Circular brushed brass-finished weights and pendulum are antiqued, along with the front locking door accessories A high-precision, German-made, Kieninger cable-driven, Westminster chime movement plays 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 chimes accordingly with full chime and strike on the hour Chime silence option Heirloom Record Document included Locking door for added security Designed and Assembled in the USA

This handmade Sugar Maple, locally grown in Kenosha, hollow tree slab table was created by me. A light coat of maple stain was applied then the hollow center was filled with orange colored resin adding black resin swirls throughout. Six Harley pins/ memorabilia pieces were added then a clear resin pour to complete the hollow center and tabletop. The underside has been sanded and stained. The unique leg base is constructed of metal pipe. You will never see another table like this! This table is heavy and very sturdy. Truly one-of-a kind. Would make a great birthday, anniversary or Christmas gift or something for yourself. Also throwing in 4 Harley chicks as shown in last photo (haha, leftover colored resin used in table). Table top is 20 5/8” W x 17 5/8” and 2 1/4” thick. Overall table height is 23 5/8” from floor to top of table. Cash only pick up in New Berlin, WI Will not share phone number or email address.

Antique Victorian Rococo Revival Carved Wood Parlor Armchair Beautiful and substantial antique-style parlor chair featuring an ornate carved wood frame with a large floral crest, gracefully curved back, scroll-form arms and legs, and rich rust-red velvet upholstery. The dramatic high-back design is characteristic of Victorian Rococo Revival furniture and makes this a wonderful statement chair for a Victorian home, parlor, bedroom, library, photography studio, theater, or eclectic interior. The chair appears to have been professionally reupholstered at some point in its history. The underside is covered with upholstery fabric, so the original frame construction is not visible. Upholstery shows some normal age/use wear and shading as pictured. Wood frame has an attractive warm finish with normal wear consistent with age. Features: Ornately carved floral crest Rococo Revival / Victorian styling High upholstered channel-tufted back Rust/red velvet upholstery Carved scroll arms and legs Large, impressive statement-chair proportions Previously reupholstered Please review photos carefully for condition and design details.
