*Please read the whole description before replying - thank you.* - 112 Metro sofa w/chaise. A modern, comfortable sectional sofa with down blend cushions. Purchased directly from the Room & Board website in 2022. - *IMPORTANT* The water main line broke in our home which caused our basement to flood with 3 inches of water. We hired a water mitigation company to dry the basement within a few hours, but this sofa w/chaise was in the basement during that time. The cushions never touched water, as we moved them right away, but the bottom frame of the sofa did get wet. We want to be completely transparent about the history of this piece of furniture and lower the price accordingly. It has been in storage for the last few months and it does need a professional upholstery cleaning. However, if youre willing to get it cleaned, this is a great quality sofa that will last for many years. - Performance polyester fabric is called Destin in the color Linen. Light neutral color that is a mix of ivory and light grey threads. Some pilling on the surface of the cushion fabric. It seems to be easy to remove with an electric sweater shaver/lint remover. Some small stains/marks here and there. There appears to be some damage to the finish on the legs of the couch - see photos. There are some minor fabric pulls on the right arm of the sofa (shown in photo). - Price is $3,400 new from the website. Asking for $700 - cash only. - Must be able to pick up in Hopkins, MN.
