Weslo CardioGlide Total Body Exercise Machine: low impact

I love this machine but my arthritic thumb doesnt. So, I am practically giving it away. It has some mechanism to adjust the amount of pressure but I have never used that and have no idea how or if it works. It was always just the right pressure for my body.
