Most species are 4/4 rough sawn with a circle saw; graded to NHLA standards; kiln dried and stress relieved; stored indoors. We also have 8/4 pine. Prices are based on board foot.With 4/4 lumber board foot and square foot are the same. Leary about buying over Craigs List? No worry.
