Brand new, ready to install, and comes with everything needed. The gate itself is 16 feet long which will allow for at least a 14 foot opening. Gate is all steel and very sturdy. Cantilever style gates are great for snow country as there is no track on the ground to catch with the snowblower or shovel, and it wont bind up like a swinging gate in deep snow. This gate is well designed with a lot of adjustability. The gate is brand new and has never been installed. Willing to deliver in the Mount Shasta or Redding area. Will consider further delivery.
