Hearts & Homes NEMT is currently looking for reliable drivers with their own vehicle to join our growing Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) team in New York and Connecticut. We provide transportation for medical appointments, dialysis, hospital discharges, and more. What We’re Looking For: • Drivers with their own vehicle (wheelchair-accessible OR non-wheelchair accessible) • Vehicle must be less than 10 years old and in good working condition • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • Professional, punctual, and compassionate • Experience in NEMT is a plus What We Offer: • Flexible schedule • Pay is $20-$25 per hour flat rate. • Consistent trip opportunities • Supportive team environment If you’re interested in working with a company that values safety, reliability, and compassionate care, we’d love to hear from you!
