Its ready to take to an AT&T store to unlock and activate - either on your existing phone number or to get a new number. Also includes an OtterBox protective case with a belt-clip holster. You would pay nearly $700 for the phone and case at an AT&T store ($600 for the phone). Selling both for $500.
