I have a great early twentieth century brass fire extinguisher for sale. by Kidde. It was called a Soda-Acid extinguisher as you would turn it upside down and the soda and acid would mix and then squirt out of the tube to extinguish the fire. The fire extinguisher was rewired and turned into a lamp in the 1970s. I have since rewired it again and it has its original burlap drum shade lamp shade. This would be great in any mid century decorating scheme and would be a great conversation piece.
