1960s hagstrom 3 with kings neck. made in Sweden. I bought the body and neck husk and had it put together with fender parts by petrs violin shop in Anchorage Alaska. fender usa highway 66 electronics, knobs, and pickups, fender locking tuners. original hagstrom bridge and tailpiece with original trem arm. original frets and nut. plays amazing with nice low action. there is a crack in the neck pocket that is stable, I tried to capture it in the photos. it is stable so I never injected any glue into it. just dont want to be one of those guys with a vintage strat claiming that crack is just in the laquer, its definitely in the wood. comes well packed in a hardshell fender case that is basically brand new. one of a kind piece. I hate to sell it but bills and such.

Squier neck now mounted is actually a very nice neck with a what I would call a medium C. Not over the top thick or to thin. Guitar weighs 6.8 lbs. For Sale ONLY, no trades; Cash Did I mention No Trades? -Blonde Tolex Mesa Boogie 1x12 slant-back mini recto cabinet Speaker is an Eminence Legend -Black Tolex Mesa Boogie 1x12 straight mini recto cab Speaker is British made Celestion V30 Individually they stand on their own sonically: the Eminence is slightly scooped in tone, the V30 notoriously pushes the mids. Paired, this is a killer sounding match up, where each is working its own magic while supporting the others weaknesses. Never found them to be lacking for any tone I was working with. Never lost in a live mix playing either one alone or together. If you are considering these and have never played a V30 before do know that at home use never sounds the same as a it does in band mix. It’s just part of the mystery and magic of the esteemed V30. Also of note, the British made one is not a spiky in the mids. My use of these was practice with the Eminence at home, rehearse with the V30, gig with both. Both are gently used, hardly abused. I respect the gear too much, however, I had no intention of babying them either. So, scuff marks from normal use is to be expected. The included covers were used. Selling my loaded strat pickguard with Lace Alumitone single coil pickups that are wired into an Acme ToneShaper circuit. Loaded onto a brand new Lace pickguard with protective film still on. The pickups are super articulate, broad frequency, high output, noiseless passive pickups. Also called a single turn pickup, as it uses no copper windings and instead uses a solid aluminum exoskeleton connected to two ceramic bar magnets, with the signal then passing through a built in, step-up transformer. They are incredible for playing with time-based and modulation effects because of how much clarity and information they transfer from the strings. They can also handle brutal, crushing distortion without any noise, way beyond what traditional single coils can handle. Would be a killer set for shoegaze, or other styles that use heavy amounts of both effects and high gain. Its wired into an ACME ToneShaper TM2 circuit board, which allows you to change between volume/tone control variations, choosing which pickups are activated at each switch position, ability to switch between series or parallel wiring, and assigning various capacitor values (or assigning no capacitor) to any of the pickups, all by simply flipping the dip switches located on the circuit board (rather than having to unsolder/resolder connections for each change). The setup is in perfect working condition. All parts made USA. Selling for $200 pickup in SE Portland near NE Belmont and 20th ave.
