Marks Lawn Service Inc. is currently seeking hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team as full-time Lawn Care Crew Members. Job Responsibilities: - Perform lawn care services, including mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing. - Assist with landscaping tasks such as mulching, planting, and yard clean-ups. - Operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently. - Maintain company standards for high-quality results. - Work outdoors in various weather conditions and support crew leaders as needed. Qualifications: - Previous lawn care or landscaping experience preferred (not required). - Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical labor for extended periods. - Reliable transportation. - Strong work ethic and a positive, professional attitude. - DOT Certified Driver. Schedule & Compensation: - Hours: Monday – Friday, 730 AM – 430 PM (overtime/weekends may be required during peak season). - Pay: Starting at $19+/hour, depending on experience. Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit. - Benefits: Health, Dental, and Vision insurance, plus a 401K plan.
