Lost 150+ yr old family heirloom; simple but sentimental medallion/pendant

Hi I know this is a long shot but thought I’d try. I was biking from Stanhope and knickerbocker to Halsey and Wyckoff Tues evening and my cheap ass but v sentimental necklace w broke during the ride. If anyone happens to come across it by some f-ing miracle that would be really really cool. Like I’ll make you dinner and name my children after you tbh Pics obviously aren’t great but it’s thin and kinda looks like a flattened gold coin; has a cameo/side profile on one side and inscription on the other. It’s literally all I have left from my family in the Philippines lol Ight call or text me if you happen to find something shiny that is irreplaceable and means a lot to me.
