Pristine, Heirloom Living Room Suite that has been in the same family for close to 60 years. Hand Built, Hand Tied and Hand Carved in Winston-Salem North Carolina out of solid Honduran Mahogany. The set was professionally re-upholstered in the early 2000s by Odell Stricklen Upholstery in Timmonsville, SC and a zipper was recently repaired on one of the couch seat cushions by Altman Upholstery and Fabrics in Florence, SC. The fabric covering all three pieces is in excellent condition with no stains or rips. Pics do not show how stunning this set is. The three seat couch measures approximately 80 inches wide by 31 inches deep by 35.25 inches high at the back and 17 inches high at the seat. The rocker measures approximately 41.25 inches high at the back by 34.25 inches deep by 25.75 inches wide and 16.5 inches high at the seat. The Barrel Back Chair measures approximately 36.5 inches high at the back by 34 inches deep by 29.5 inches high and 17 inches high at the seat. Two vintage folding mid-century modern 50s 60s Samsonite metal chairs MCM Two folding chairs in that classic kind of tan bronze paint color of this type. Pretty cool design. Original fabric on the seats in a kind of cool textured pattern. Good shape overall. Samsonite chairs are rated to hold over 300 lbs typically and are pretty sturdy and well made. But not too heavy. Excellent for folding away for a small space, cabin, garage, or when you have company. Overall condition is good, but not sure whats going on but it looks like the bottom of one maybe was next to a heater or something and got a little scorched and it may have melted the padding a little bit. It doesnt have quite the same padding and the cover seems a little stained. Its all right as is but I would be tempted to remove the cover, hand wash it, and put in a new piece of foam if I wanted to improve it a little bit. But I dont think its really necessary. Up to you.
