Based in the Louisville area (and offering in person therapy at Rainbow Blossom, Bardstown road) I am an Advanced Medical Qigong practitioner from the Red Thread Qigong Institute, and have worked with clients in many states of health. Sessions range from 30 minutes to 45 minutes. Please allow time before and after for discussions and possible energy exercises you can do yourself for sustained benefit.
