Vintage 1960s or 1970s MCM wall (or dresser) mirrors. Matching pair of solid walnut frames with a walnut veneer (over particle board) decorative rectangular block on the top. No hanging brackets on the backside as these mirrors can be hung vertically (as pictured), flipped vertically, or hung horizontally. No identifying manufacturer marks. Based on internet research (see https://www.chairish.com/product/32000287/vintage-maurice-villency-pair-wall-mirrors-in-walnut-wood) these mirrors are manufactured by Maurice Villency. Each mirror measures 20w x 2d (frame thickness) x 48h. The overall condition is VERY GOOD. Used vintage condition showing less than normal wear from age, previous use, and storage. Structurally sound. The mirror glass is secure in the frame. No chips, cracks, or otherwise detracting blemishes to the mirror glass. No wood splits or wood frame separations. Cosmetically, there are minor surface scratches, wood indentations along the frame, some unevenness to the original finish (light/dark variations), and a few spots (but no cloudiness) behind the mirror glass. There is some tape staining (most of the residue was removed) on the backside. Shows well. Photos reveal more condition details. Clean. Priced FIRM at $575/pair. Not for sale individually.
