Full tilt and recline....A brand new one is well over $700....I DO NOT have the tray....Apparently was left behind when I cleaned out my Dads house...BUT they can be purchased separately on Amazon or Walmart Etc for approximately $50...Thats why I am only asking $275 I will NOT reply to phone numbers in emails or give my number out in email...Craigslist mail relay only....Will meet locally at a safe/neutral location.
