The chair is part & parcel of a larger than normal special lodge size from the 1980s-early 90s. It measures like 33 w X 38 d X 37 h and weighs in at 68 lbs. It features a woven rawhide seat webbing. The original cushions are long gone. Replacement cushions are readily available at many home & garden supply stores. One could also buy replacements from Old Hickory but be prepared for sticker shock. The pic that shows a green cushion set up is as found on the porch of a private lodge home located in Mirror Lake, NH. It is part of a larger than life 5 pc set I purchased. The oversized sofa is also shown. The sofa measures 86 w. The set was originally used in a lakeside lodge located nearby on Lake Winnipesaukee, NH. That lodge is now defunct. The ottoman was designed to compliment the Grove Park Lounge Chair. An up to date pic is shown in my posting. It can stand on its own as an ottoman or even an additional seat/stool. It measures like 29w X 21.75 d X 15.25 h and weighs like 33 lbs. I have replaced the webbing. UPDATE...the oversized sofa has been sold to an artist and is now domiciled in a new camp located on the shore of Lake Champlain and the other matching chair and ottoman have been purchased by a film company in NJ near NYC. Cash and pick up at my home conveniently located in the middle of nowhere in the town of North Chittenden 05763 (Rutland County). This is a set that most likely will attract attention from out of state buyers. A max price of $425 is for private delivery only to any address within say 275 miles of Rutland, Vermont. I do not offer shipping via freight for this pair. However, any buyer is welcome to secure shipping via their own devise. If buyer decides to go this route is is to be understood and agreed upon that the buyer will not hold this seller responsible for any damage incurred via shipping. Full payment is required before delivery. Payment can be made via my Paypal account to your email. Can be paid via card. I generally deliver on an early Saturday morning with 2-3 weeks of purchase. If the buyer is unable to accept delivery on a weekend I would reluctantly consider a weekday delivery. Some urban addresses do not allow delivery on a weekend and some businesses the same. The buyer should have a porter type available on their end to help lift the chair. Contact me in advance of purchase to discuss logistics. The pair should be considered a good to excellent vintage condition. Allow the pics to be a part of the description. It should be understood that I sell vintage/antique items and as such their may be a blemish or two here and there. This is a really nice and hard to find pair of Old Hickory furniture.
