Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Landscaper / Property Maintenance Worker to perform a variety of outdoor maintenance tasks, ensuring properties remain clean, safe, and visually appealing. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine lawn care tasks, including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing. Maintain landscapes, gardens, and outdoor areas by planting, pruning, mulching, and weeding. Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficientlymowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.. Assist with seasonal cleanups, including leaf removal and debris clearing. Ensure properties are clean, safe, and visually appealing. Assist with irrigation system maintenance and minor repairs. Follow company safety guidelines and maintain equipment properly. Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients. Qualifications: Previous landscaping or property maintenance experience preferred. Ability to lift heavy objectsup to 50 lbsand work outdoors in various weather conditions. Familiarity with landscaping tools and equipment. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. Valid driver’s license preferred.
