Rare Antique Oak Slant Top Davenport Desk With 3 Side Drawers

This antique oak Davenport desk was probably made in the early 19 th century and is in excellent condition in spite of its age. The desk has a leather slanted top that lifts up and has some cubbies and storage underneath. It was originally from New York but brought to Colorado years ago. From my research the desk was probably used by ladies as a writing desk. It has 3 drawers on the right side which could have been used for clothing storage or important papers. The desk is 26 wide x 20 deep x 31 high. It has the original drawer pulls and the drawers are dovetailed. The desk has been cleaned and restored and is now ready for a new home.
