They were originally in an office reception area which had minimal use and the facility closed down years ago. When originally purchased we paid over $1,000.00 per chair. I am familiar with the Bernhardt quality and durability, and this line certainly lives up to their name and reputation. In addition, I have never seen this design and style, it is very unique and should be consider in the furniture collectors domain. These are the most comfortable chairs I ever sat in, and historically I sat in lots of chairs. I am also impressed by its simplicity, clean lines, durability and sturdy construction.
