What this job actually is This is real physical work. You will be: Starting early 6:45 AM Working outdoors in heat, cold, snow and rain Carrying ladders 60 lbs Working on roofs and at h 8 s Running hoses and equipment all day Getting wet and dirty Some days are long. Some days are tough. If you take pride in hard work — you’ll do very well here. Pay & Opportunity $18/hr starting $20$30/hr after training Performance paytop guys earn more Path to Crew Leader$37.5/hr+ Make $65 k pluss your first year!
