Antique/Vintage Swivel/Rocker chair w/caster wheels(for refinishing)

Antique/Vintage Swivel/Rocker chair with caster wheels. This chair was acquired from the Pueblo CO. courthouse about 50 years ago when the building was being remodeled. purchased 2 chairs, refinished 1 of them and have had the other in storage since then.
