Cane settee,quilt rack

I have Vintage Wood/ Metal Industrial Adjustable Drafting Stool in good condition. Its going to need some TLC but I believe its worth $50 as is. I also have a mid Century cane settee in good condition.It needs a little TLC but nothing too bad.It has a small area in the front seat that needs to be re-stapled that looks like an easy fix..It measures 481/4 long x 193/4 deep x 28 tall..Asking price is $75 I also have a vintage quilt rack in great condition for $40 Im located in Southern Winston-Salem.
