🔥 Maintenance Supervisor – Food Manufacturing | OT Available

We are currently hiring a Maintenance Supervisor for a food manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for keeping equipment running efficiently while leading and supporting a maintenance team. 🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM Must be flexible for overtime and weekends as needed ✅ Responsibilities: Supervise and assign daily maintenance tasks Perform and oversee repairs on production equipment Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance Maintain repair logs, inventory, and work orders Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors Ensure safety compliance (LOTO, PPE, GMP standards) Support production by minimizing downtime Perform general facility repairs (plumbing, drywall, painting, etc.) Install and maintain machinery, electrical systems, and piping Train and support maintenance staff 🛠️ Requirements: Previous Maintenance Supervisor experience required Experience in food manufacturing or production preferred Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment independently PLC experience is a plus Forklift, Pallet Jack, and Scissor Lift certification required Ability to lift up to 55 lbs Must be open to overtime and weekends Basic computer skills ⭐ What We’re Looking For: Strong leadership and communication skills Reliable and punctual Hands-on with a problem-solving mindset Team player with a positive attitude Safety-focused
