Equipment Operator

Job Description; - Must drive forklifts and loaders safely and efficiently - Responsible for Block quality after machining - Performs Forklift/ Loader inspections - Helps with Mold changes - Responsible for cure firing - Helps in all machine shut downs - Keeps garage doors lubed - Keeps all floors cleaned - Helps in mold maintenance. - Inspects water softener daily - Performs maintenance - Clean mixer at end of shift - Responsible for aggregate quality - Be on time - Willingness to do whatever tasks need to be done - Concern for quality of work, efficiency, and safety • Requirements; 2 years forklift experience  Clean Drug Test,  Team working skills, On the Job Training,  Forklift Certification. • Benefits; Dental Insurance Term Life Insurance Health Insurance (partial premium covered) Retirement with 4% Company Match Holiday Pay, Paid Time Off, Safety Bonuses, Uniforms.
