HVAC Mechanical Foreman

Triad Mechanical, started in 1991, is proud to be serving the Midwest working on multi family HVAC projects in the Indiana & Ohio markets. We are growing in the area and seeking out HVAC foreman, leads, apprentices, service techs, superintendents to join our team. We are searching for the best that Columbus has to offer and wanting a new opportunity to grow in this industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on experience in HVAC systems, with a strong understanding of mechanical codes and standards, or experience in multi family or commercial construction. New construction Jobsites are located in Columbus and Cuyahoga Falls. Responsibilities where applicable: • Knowledge of and supervision of install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems. • Ensure all work complies with local and national codes. • Conduct system diagnostics and troubleshoot HVAC equipment. • Perform regular maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment operates efficiently. • Collaborate with other technicians and team members to deliver high-quality service. • Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies. • Provide professionalism in customer service. Familiar with multi family desired. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years of HVAC experience desired. • Strong knowledge of HVAC principles and operations. • Ability to read blueprints and technical documents. • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
