This is a hands-on, outdoor position that requires physical work and attention to detail. Responsibilities: • Assist with court resurfacing, repairs, and installations • Apply coatings, paint, and striping • Operate basic tools and equipment • Maintain clean and safe job sites • Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule • General site cleanuptrash, debris removal, sweeping • Assist skilled trades and supervisors as needed • Load and unload materials and deliveries Requirements: • Must be able to pass a background check • Must speak Spanish • Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions • Reliable transportation and strong work ethic • Construction or labor experience preferred but not required Interesados llamar al
