Japanese Shibayama Large 2 panel Screen Meiji Period Circa 1900

A spectacular Japanese Meiji period 2 fold screen with Shibayama style decoration. The front of the panels are black lacquer panels with inlaid and on-laid carved b 1 and mother of pearl.The reverse side having red ground lacquer panels decorated with birds in flight amongst flowering branches.
