Alan will bring you out an appliance that he probably got for free that is in need of repairs and tell you that it is only 1 to 2 years old and working perfectly. After he takes your money and leaves, you will find that the appliance he brought out is way older than what he said and does not work properly. When you call him to complain and want your money returned, he will tell you that no refunds are given, but he will bring out another unit for a little more money. Once he has the additional money you paid him for the 2nd unit and leaves, you will discover that the 2nd unit is in need of repair. This happened to me and to other unsuspecting Craigslist shoppers. I have notified the CL moderators and CL executive team about this business and have received no response and they continue to let Appliance Repair Parts take advantage of the Craigslist community by scamming and ripping people off.
