Alto Elvis 15 PA/DJ pro audio speakers

Hello, I have two very good condition Alto Elvis 15 2-way pro audio speakers for sale. These are made for DJ or PA applications. I used them very conservatively in my home system. They have always been inside and there is nothing wrong with them. The cabinets are also in very good shape. The drivers are original. These clean sounding (passive with internal crossovers) Italian speakers use proprietary Alto in-house designed drivers. The woofer is a stamped steel basket, ceramic magnet, dual vented (center pole & under spider), 2.5” voice coil, paper cone 15”. The tweeter is a ceramic magnet, flanged, 1” throat compression driver. The tweeter horn is an 8”, 80H x 80V, spherical/tractrix wave geometry, low higher-order mode (HOM), foam disc damped throat, axi-symmetric round horn. This design incorporates many of the horn and waveguide design philosophies of the famous speaker engineer Dr. Earl Geddes. Silk (sweet sounding & very rare in pro audio speakers) replacement tweeter diaphragms are available if that’s your thing. The input is Speakon. These are the original version, not the MKII.
