Who we are is Customized Trucking Services. We are looking for safe Class A Owner Operators to join our team. We do not believe there is a shortage of professional drivers, we believe there is a shortage of good companies for drivers to join! Pay Rates - Our Goal is to generate $3,000 - $4,000 a week in revenue to your tractor - Fuel Program: $0.20/gal discount on the cash price at Pilot and Flying-JComdata card • Incentives: o Referral Bonus: $500 for every driver you refer. o Anniversary Bonuses:  $1,000 for your 1 st year.  $2,000 for your 2 nd year.  $3,000 for your 3 rd year.
