Johnson Sea-Horse 25 hp with tiller handle

Model 25E72 in excellent condition. Two stroke; short shaft; tiller handle. Manual or electric start. Johnson Controls included and work flawlessly, as tested by the technician. Used on fresh water lake. Bought from the original owner who had the boat and motor garaged for years. Motor was serviced upon purchase by a certified Johnson outboard mechanic. New impeller, new fluids, greased, new spark plugs and all hoses inspected. Technician commented that the compression was actually better than what the specs called for on a new engine. He suggested the engine should be in a museum it was so clean. NOTE: Boat is moving to Mass., where no ethanol-free gas is sold and it will be used solely in saltwater. Rather than potentially harm this classic motor running on fuel containing ethanol, we prefer to sell to a local user who can run ethanol-free gas and use the motor in fresh water.
