All 5 levels can be adjusted for height very easily, and you can also temporarily remove one or more levels as well. I will show you how it all works, but its super easy to maintain, and can work VERY well to sell that jewelry you make and sell at craft shows!! We bought it for selling necklaces at area craft shows but only used it 4 times. Were moving in less than 10 years, now, and so we need to sell out our displays and things. This is the nicest one we have left for jewelry display. APPOINTMENT AVAILABILITY = We are available for pickup setting appointments starting after 4pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, and on advanced appointment times on Saturdays and Sundays. We work during the day, weekdays, and have a routine set for after work on Mondays and Wednesdays. So, we can set appointments with people that would start after 4pm on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, for sure.
