Selling our used Ethan Allen “Johnston” power incliner leather sofa. We custom ordered it in 2015 from the design center at the Boise Ethan Allen store. The left and right sections power incline, middle section is static. This sofa was used in a formal living area and was used sparingly. Just received another piece to replace it and are offering it now for sale. Pictures are always hard to convey color, but is a very neutral, light cream color leather that would look great in most design color-schemes. (The pictures include a close-up of the leather that is the most accurate of the included shots) The sofa is hand-built to very high standards (inlcuding the leather option we chose). The motorized assemblies are both high end units and mechanically excellent. The leather (while showing normal usage) is still in fantastic shape. Adult use only/no pets. It is a large-scale unit and very comfortable. As an Incliner, it can be positioned right against a wall, but the back of the unit is full leather as well, so it would look great in a free-standing position. Included is a picture of the original sales receipt to show the details of the build (including dimensions). We paid roughly $4500 for the piece in 2015 (during a sale) and a similar unit with the same options is closer to $8000 now This sofa weighs 300lbs. We will not be able to help load the sofa when sold. The unit is in our finished garage port currenly for very easy access and loading into a vehicle. PLEASE CHECK THE INCLUDED DIMENSIONS. It is a large sofa and needs large doorways to pass-thru. The top leather sections unzip so the inserts can be removed to accommodate getting thru doorways.

We have a white girl’s bedroom set up for grabs. It includes a twin sized bed with trundle, two mattresses, a desk with mirror, a tall dresser, an nightstand end a bookshelf with drawers. It has been used and is not perfect cosmetically, but is solid wood and very sturdy. Desk has some marks and there are a few marks on surfaces. Still very usable and adorable for a girl’s room! You will have to load and haul from a second story bedroom. Can be taken apart.
