Office Manager - Admin/Billing/Dispatch

We are seeking an experienced Office Manger to join our team! The ideal candidate for this position will have accounting department experience, as well as a track record of leading people and excellent problem solving skills. Responsibilities: Ensure other office administration is productive and efficient Develop new operational processes Assist and oversee dispatching Coordinate with shop management Answer inbound telephone calls and receive orders Track and update inventory Credit Card statement/receipt reconciliation Daily credit card batch processing Draft correspondence to customers Develop and implement organized filing systems Create, process and post orders Quote customers *Perform all other office tasks as assigned* Qualifications (in order of importance): Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Billing department experience Customer Care experience Punctual attendance Strong attention to detail Strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize and multitask Ability to work unsupervised MS Word, Excel experience Filing Outgoing personality/Extrovert Other tasks as assigned *We are a small office, and there are many administrative tasks that may be assigned by management. It is fast-paced and can be hard work some days.
