Pristine original calligraphy signed by Thich Nhat Hanh

A pristine original calligraphy by Thich Nhat Hanh, written on multi color rice paper and professionally framed/matted. This is a rare piece—Thay never used this particular phrase again. Each calligraphy contains tea from his cup, which he poured into the ink block. Materials include Chinese ink, rice paper from Hong Kong and Vietnam, and brushes from Japan and France. Provenance: Purchased in 2001 at Deer Park Monastery during their first fundraiser to renovate the property. I have a professional appraisal, and 10% of the sale will be donated to the Plum Village Community of Engaged Buddhism. Authenticity: Plum Village does not issue Certificates of Authenticity except for the ABC Home exhibit. However, Brother Phap Huu, current abbot of Upper Hamlet and Thay’s longtime attendant, personally verified via email that this calligraphy is authentic. I can forward that email to serious buyers.
