Warehouse Supervisor – Full Time

Santa Maria, CA ASAP Movers is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented person to help oversee daily warehouse operations for our delivery, storage, and final mile logistics division. This is a hands-on position working in the warehouse, helping make sure delivery routes are staged correctly, inventory stays organized, and the crew stays on track. You will work under warehouse management and help make sure daily tasks are completed correctly and on schedule. This is NOT a desk job. You will be working alongside the crew and helping keep the warehouse running smoothly. PAY & SCHEDULE: • $20 – $23 per hour depending on experience • Tuesday – Saturday schedule • Typical shift: 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM (Some days may run later depending on workload) • Health benefits available • 401k with company match • Opportunity for long-term growth JOB DUTIES: • Verify delivery routes are staged correctly • Help load trucks in proper order • Keep warehouse organized and clean • Maintain inventory accuracy • Assist with unloading trailers • Organize incoming and outgoing product • Help manage storage vault locations • Coordinate disposal / recycling area • Help direct warehouse labor when needed • Communicate problems to supervisors • Make sure work is done correctly the first time REQUIREMENTS: • Must be reliable and on time • Must be comfortable with early mornings • Must be able to lift heavy items regularly • Warehouse / forklift / moving / delivery experience preferred • Must have valid driver’s license and acceptable DMV • Must have strong attention to detail • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment ABOUT US ASAP Movers is a growing moving, storage, and final mile delivery company based in Santa Maria.
