The loft hosts a single/twin mattress with a 2 gel foam topper. The bunk bed-style ladder does require some agility to climb. The home has great natural light but there are blinds for privacy and nighttime. Available February 27 for either a short term lease through May, or a year+ lease, for $1050/month, discounted to $1000 if paid on or before the 1st of the month. All utilities (electric + trash), driveway snow removal and wifi are included. $1000 security deposit. We are just five minutes from the college, or seven to the hospital! Single occupancy only.
