Compensation & Schedule • Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour • Job Type: Full-time • Schedule: Day shifts (Exact hours to be discussed during the interview) Key Responsibilities • Order Entry: Accurately input incoming delivery requests, customer details, and shipping manifests into Zip Deliverys system. • Customer Support: Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist clients with booking inquiries or shipment updates. • Warehouse Support: Receive, sort, stage, and label incoming parcels for courier dispatch. • Inventory Control: Keep the warehouse organized, track supplies, and inspect packages for damage. • Multitasking: Shift quickly between office software tasks and physical warehouse demands based on daily volume. Qualifications & Skills • High school diploma or equivalent. • Proven experience in data entry, logistics, customer service, or warehouse environments. • Strong computer proficiency with fast and accurate typing skills. • Excellent communication and ability to solve problems under tight deadlines. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
