Scope of Work: Heavy Lifting & Measurements: Safely lift up to 875 lbs. (4-man lift) and take accurate measurements for perfect installations. Blueprint & Technical Knowledge: Read schematics, understand requirements, and install various brands like Thermador, KitchenAid, Viking, and more. Anchoring & Installation: Secure anti-tip brackets, handle water/electrical connections, and ensure seamless trim-kit/panel installations. Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance: Follow guidelines, troubleshoot issues, and meet customer/manufacturer expectations. Requirements: Must own and operate your own business with DOT & MC authority. Must have a 26ft box truck, or we can offer a referral program with premium rates. Must meet insurance requirements. Experience in appliance installation. Ability to follow manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Valid drivers license with clean driving record -- 2 years verifiable commercial driving experience, but No CDL required. Pass background, drug and physical checks Must be 21 years of age or older.
