Ergonomic keyboard for older computer

I have switched to a Mac computer and can no longer use this keyboard. I loved using it. The keys are not flat but stand up higher, are slightly concaved, and it is great typing on it! $10 The bottom of the keyboard has 3 adjustable stands, and each stand can be adjusted in h 8 to 2 different levels for the users comfort.
