Key Responsibilities - Proactive Protection: Maintain a high-visibility presence to deter illegal activity and ensure the safety of personnel and assets. - Surveillance & Patrol: Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols to identify safety hazards and maintain site integrity. - Access Control: Monitor and authorize the entry of individuals and vehicles, ensuring only approved personnel gain access. - Incident Response: Respond rapidly to alarms, medical emergencies, or disturbances with a calm and decisive demeanor. - Reporting: Document daily activities and prepare detailed incident reports using clear, professional language. - Equipment Mastery: Expertly operate and maintain all assigned security equipment and company technology. Requirements - Licensing: Must possess a valid Level 3 Guard Card (Commissioned Security License). - Documentation: Valid Driver’s License or Occupational License is required. - Reliability: Must have reliable transportation (personal vehicle) to ensure punctual arrival at various job sites. - Equipment: Must have your own reliable, duty-ready firearm and gear. - Note: Firearms must be professional-grade; Hi-Point firearms are not permitted. - Technology: Must have a working smartphone capable of supporting our dispatch and reporting systems. - Character: Strong work ethic, integrity, and a professional command presence. - Experience: Proven track record in armed security, Law Enforcement, or Military background preferred. Other Requirements: - Age: Must be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by the State. - Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States. - Drug-Free Policy: Must not use illegal drugs. Must be able to pass a drug test with negative results (except when undergoing documented medical treatment). - Background Check: Must submit to an extensive background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications, and Department of Motor Vehicle and credit checks if applicable.
