Catering Ambassador

Saz’s Catering is looking for part-time Catering Ambassadors to work with our team at a variety of events in the greater Milwaukee area. Whats great about the role? No two days are the same! One day you might be working at a Brewers tailgate, the next a wedding, and the day after that an event at Summerfest. Our Catering Ambassadors are hands-on throughout events - from setting up and plating to keeping buffets running and jumping in at interactive food stations. Competitive starting pay of $15/hour, with compensation adjusted based on experience. Okay, but what does a Catering Ambassador do? • Prepare, set up and break down events • Loads/unloads equipment and food products • Assemble salads, appetizers, and plating main course meals • Work as part of the team to complete setting up, refilling, and monitoring buffets and food stations • Engaging with guests in a friendly and respectful manner and being knowledgeable of event-specific menu items being served • Occasional participation with interactive stations (carving, building your own, etc.) • Keep the event space and equipment neat, tidy and clean What makes a great Catering Ambassador? • Passion for Hospitality - you’re committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences • Adaptability – you can think on your feet and problem-solve under pressure What else do you need to know? • Scheduling for this position is event-based, and availability from Thursday through Saturday is required • Reliable transportation is required – you will work at various locations around the greater Milwaukee area • Experience in food handling is preferred but not required APPLY HERE: https://recruiting.paylocity.com/Recruiting/Jobs/Details/3963031 Saz’s State House opened in 1976, and we’ve grown for 50 years.
