Hook & Anchor is a chef-driven, upscale-casual coastal seafood restaurant in Costa Mesa. Our kitchen focuses on scratch-made cuisine, fresh seafood, fine steaks, and consistent execution. Position Summary We are seeking experienced Line Cooks to join our professional culinary team. Ideal candidates take pride in their craft, work clean and efficiently, and perform well in a fast-paced service environment.
