MTS Passenger Support Representative

Do you want to serve the beautiful community of San Diego? Love talking to people? Join the team as a Passenger Support Representative (PSR) and serve a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to those who depend on our services. This position is the perfect opportunity for those with a positive attitude, great customer service skills, the ability to exercise good judgment, and the desire to help their community. Passenger Support Reps are hired as part-time employees and scheduled on an as-needed basis (between 4 to 30 hours per week, although not guaranteed any specific hours per week). Outdoor as well as indoor assignments should be expected. Some shifts may start as early as 4:00 am, while others may end as late as midnight. Shifts may range from three to nine hours in length; however, an average shift is four hours long. Shifts will be available on weekdays, weekends, nights, and holidays. Requirements include, but are not limited to, the following: · Must be at least 18 years of age · Must have a high school diploma, high school equivalency certificate (GED), or equivalent in vocational training · Must satisfactorily pass all applicable examinations including, but not limited to, a pre-employment physical, drug screen and background check. · Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are preferred but not required.
