Selling a mini Pull out sofa love seat couch. The couch is pretty comfortable. The width of the couch itself is 54. When the couch is folded up with the bed inside of it, it is 30 front to back. The mattress is 36 inches wide and 72 inches long (6 foot) when pulled out. There is a gum stain on the mattress but it doesnt feel sticky. I sat there for a long time getting the gum off. Most of the gum is gone but the mattress itself is just discolored in the one spot. The mattress otherwise is very clean. The mattress can be flipped over if preferred. There are no pee or poo spots. Also, the person that owned it before us had a cat and the cat put some claw marks on the front of the arm rests and that didnt bother us at all when we bought it. Its still a pretty nice pull out couch, just not cosmetically perfect. We just dont need it anymore. Located in Florissant just down from the Thunderbird Inn. $35.00
