Sales Representative

My name is Christian, and I’m working with a national home-improvement company expanding its in-home sales team throughout the greater Hampton Roads territory. We are seeking experienced commission-based sales professionals with a background in big-ticket or 1--close sales. This role is designed for professionals comfortable being paid based on performance. Compensation is commission-based. Experienced reps who run appointments consistently and close at a solid rate typiy earn in the $2,500$3,500 per week range, depending on performance and volume. What this role involves: • Running scheduled in-home appointments • Following a structured sales process • Independent contractor 1099 position • Regional training provided This is not an hourly position and not entry-level. It is best suited for individuals with prior experience in roofing, remodeling, solar, HVAC, or similar in-home sales environments. Territories are structured regionally to support consistent appointment volume.
